IFS Insight - Software for IFS Therapy

At its core, the IFS Insight software provides a set of tools for working with the kinds of information that emerge in IFS therapy. Therapists use these tools to retain, organize, and explore key client information. For clients the software functions as a personal journal and visual canvas for the IFS journey.

The process of entering narratives and creating diagrams and images gives a weight and substance to what can otherwise be a fleeting stream of consciousness. As illustrated in the quote above, the software can enhance and help to maintain the flow of an internal session.

Since its introduction many new features have been added to the software. Version 2 is still incredibly affordable: Therapist Edition $149, Personal Edition $69. Highlights:
