Karen Blicher, LCSW, CHT is a Senior Trainer for the Center for Self Leadership as well as a Certified Hakomi Therapist and Trainer who resides in Asheville, North Carolina.  As Director of the Department of Mental Health Education at the Mountain Area Health Education Center, Karen utilizes the IFS model in her roles as administrator, teacher, clinician and consultant.  She has taught IFS Level 1 and Level 2 trainings nationally from Anchorage to Asheville over the last 10 years and is known for her playful and well organized teaching style.  An avid outdoor adventurer, Karen spends her leisure time hiking, sea kayaking, and backpacking with friends.
