About IFS Training Programs

The Center for Self Leadership offers Level 1 (Basic), Level 2 (Intermediate), and Level 3 (Advanced) training programs in the Internal Family Systems psychotherapeutic model. As a participant in these trainings you will learn both IFS theory and technique, gaining the knowledge and skills you need to understand and actively use the IFS model with individuals, couples, children, families, and groups.

If you are unable to participate in one of the training programs scheduled above, you may add yourself to an Interest List for a prospective training program in another location (see box below). Once a particular Level 3 Interest List comprises 30 people, CSL will investigate the possibility of scheduling a training program in that Interest List's location. Being on an interest list does not obligate you to enroll in a training, however, planning for the training will only progress if a sufficient number of people are seriously interested.
