I am able to add a comment to a topic that already has content, but I can't even comment on a topic that does not yet have content. Am I doing something wrong or doesn't the system allow for new content?

Mark,
It seems your comments were awaiting my approval in a special back cave of this forum.
I am having the 'approval by admin' taken out of this forums security code so it can better act as a conduit for discussion.
Try again and let's see how it goes.
