For all of you daily Face Book visitors we have a Face Book Page you are welcome to join. Just put IFS, in your search browser, and click on the one that describes IFS, a community of IFS enthusiasts, and become a fan. It was started by Jenn Matheson of Colorado.

There are currently over 100 people on the page and it describes itself as:
"This group is for students and practitioners of Internal Family Systems therapy. IFS is a psychotherapy model used by psychotherapists around the world. It is a client-centered model created by Richard Schwartz to help clients (and therapists) get in touch with and heal their internal "parts." This is a place to discuss the model, open a dialogue about the use of IFS, and to encourage a collegial environment of IFS enthusiasts."

There is so much room for expansion and dialogue both here, in the forum, and now with the Face Book page, it seems like a great way to casually enjoy old friends and a great time to make new friends.

With these two new channels of communications opening up for the IFS practicing community, let's make 2010 an incredibly wonderful year!
