For non-professionals. This six-session Basic Telephone Class gives you an introduction to the fundamental structure of the IFS model. We work on identifying parts, unblending, getting to know protectors, and developing a healing relationship with them. You learn how to access and support the Self, the healing agent in the system.

Each class has didactic teaching, an individual session in class, and work with each other in pairs on skill development. Homework involves reading and practice in pairs. Class is limited to 12 participants.
