I am excited to be teaching a six-week Inner Critic telephone class. I have taught this material a number of times to advanced IFS classes, but this is the first time I will teaching it to people who may be new to IFS. And since those other classes, Bonnie and I have learned a lot more about Inner Critic parts; all this new material will be included in the class.

This is an opportunity to learn about those parts of you that judge and push you and undermine your self-confidence. These Inner Critic parts aren't quite what they seem to be. There are seven types of Critic parts. You will learn how to work with them using IFS so you can actually make friends with them and transform them. You will also develop your Inner Champion to support and encourage you. The class will involve homework where you practice the work in pairs with other people from the class.
