Past Classes

Bonnie has been teaching Inner Critic classes and workshops for women since 2006 and taught Internal Family Systems (IFS) Classes and classes on related topics to hundreds of people. The IFS model provides a powerful conceptual structure to work with and heal the Inner Critic. The telephone classes work quite well for most people. Our technology allows for learning the material and feeling connected with the group over the phone. Classes are recorded so you can listen to any class you miss, or review material presented.
