Second + Time Program Assistant
- Tuition waived plus $55 per day stipend for each day in training
- Compensation is not dependent on class size
- Student to staff ratio should be approximately 3:1
- Limit of 3 second + time Program Assistants per training – can have more if additional are willing to waive stipend
- Total number of Program Assistants determined by the Lead and Assistant Trainers, taking into account size of training group, size of meeting space and mentoring and coaching needs
- Trainers are given stipends that they can use for meals, rooms, mileage, etc. CSL no longer responsible for reimbursements (other than select airfare) – staff to book room and board in the same manner in which students do or handle own arrangements
- Stipends are prorated for the number of days actually taught
- Airfare may be reimbursed for other staff if they are traveling to a new Level 1 (Basic) Training location where there is limited local staff
- If a trainer (second time PA through Solo) is local and goes home at night, the stipend will be $55 per day for each day in training – stipend to cover meals, mileage etc.
- If a trainer misses a scheduled day, the stipend will be prorated for each day absent
- This plan will be administered consistently in all trainings administered by CSL
- This plan will go into effect with the first new training in 2005 (the Boston program)
- To receive payment for teaching fees and stipends, staff will:
- Complete an invoice after each teaching weekend
- Submit the invoice to CSL no later than 30 days after the training weekend
- CSL will issue a check to staff no later than 30 days after the invoice is submitted
