In October, we convened at the highly anticipated 2023 IFS Conference, marking a momentous occasion as we celebrated 40 Years of the IFS Model. For the first time in four years, we gathered in person, with 800 IFS Community Members joining us physically, while a global audience participated virtually through our live-streamed Keynotes.
Over three unforgettable days, the 2023 IFS Conference unfolded with the support of over 100 presenters who delivered invaluable workshops and panels to our community. The keynote presentations not only celebrated the current and aspiring applications of the IFS Model but also paid homage to the pioneers who contributed to its development and growth over the past four decades. A highlight for many was a captivating conversation moderated by IFS Trainers Crystal Jones and Kim Paulus, featuring Senior Lead Trainers Cece Sykes, Susan McConnell, Michi Rose, Paul Ginter, Michael Elkin, and Dick Schwartz.
A significant moment during this year's conference was the presentation of the inaugural IFS Lifetime Achievement Award. Nominated by fellow community members, this award recognizes individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to the advancement of IFS throughout their lifetime.
